Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Pick up assigned shipments from the designated hub/warehouse. Deliver packages accurately to the customer’s doorstep within the specified timeline. Verify customer details and obtain delivery confirmation/signature if required. Ensure safe handling of packages to avoid damage. Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively during deliveries. Follow traffic rules and safety standards at all times. Report daily delivery status and escalate issues (like undelivered shipments, address mismatch, customer unavailability, etc.) to the team leader. Requirements:Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid registration and insurance. Must have a valid Driving License. Must own an Android smartphone for delivery app usage. Ability to use navigation apps (Google Maps, etc.) effectively. Basic communication skills (local language preferred). Physically fit and willing to work in the field. Responsible, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
