Delivery Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery and transportation: Safely and efficiently transport, load, and unload products or packages to their final destinations.
• Route planning: Plan the most efficient routes using GPS and other mapping tools to ensure timely and on-schedule deliveries.
• Customer interaction: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, handle any immediate delivery concerns, and secure proof of delivery.
• Vehicle maintenance: Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections to ensure it is in safe and operational condition.
• Documentation and record-keeping: Manage delivery documentation, such as order receipts and confirmations, and collect payments when required.
• Communication: Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and customers throughout the delivery process.
• Adherence to standards: Follow all company procedures and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical fitness to handle various packages, some of which may be heavy.
• Familiarity with navigation tools like GPS.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, depending on the specific role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve delivery issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
