Delivery Excellence Head

As a DCL (Delivery Center Leader), you will be responsible for managing and routing all employee escalations and concerns appropriately. You should be able to handle most employee issues in partnership with their HRBP. These issues can vary from job dissatisfaction, personal concerns, leaves of absence, performance problems, behavior concerns, to policy violations. Your role also involves understanding the data and metrics of the Delivery Center, including attrition, utilization, and other HR dashboard metrics. You will be expected to have regular meetings with HRBP to analyze these metrics and collaborate on creating action plans.
