As a Castrol Engine Oil Distributor Delivery Driver, you play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of Castrol engine oil products to clients. Safely transporting products, adhering to delivery schedules, and providing excellent customer service are key aspects of your role. - Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport Castrol engine oil products to various client locations. - Follow predetermined routes and delivery schedules for timely delivery. - Verify orders for accuracy in product types, quantities, and delivery locations. - Load and unload products with proper handling and securing. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, including regular inspections and maintenance checks. - Provide exceptional customer service during product delivery, including courteous interaction with clients and prompt issue resolution. - Communicate effectively with clients to confirm delivery details and address concerns. - Act as a brand ambassador for Castrol, promoting product features and benefits. - Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating the delivery vehicle. - Ensure safe handling and transportation of products with proper loading and unloading procedures. - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections for roadworthiness and compliance. - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance. - Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics team members to optimize delivery routes. - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to provide updates on delivery activities and resolve issues. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. - Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably in distribution or logistics. - Familiarity with road safety regulations and traffic laws. - Excellent customer service and communication skills. - Ability to lift and carry heavy loads. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Flexibility to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules. - Knowledge of Castrol engine oil products preferred.
