Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute
Office 365 migration projects
for SMB and enterprise customers.
Handle
user mailbox and data migrations
across platforms, including:

Google Workspace (Gsuite) Office 365
Office 365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations (using both
native tools
and
3rd party tools
like Quest, BitTitan, etc.)

Perform
basic deployment and configuration
of M365 workloads: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
Assist in
directory integration
with
Active Directory and Entra ID Connect (Azure AD Connect)
.
Troubleshoot migration issues and ensure smooth cutover/hybrid deployments.
Collaborate with presales/architect team for solution handover and with customers for adoption & training.
Document migration steps, configurations, and support guides.
