Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Early Sales Cycle Engagement:

  • Engage early in the sales cycle to provide delivery plans and highlight delivery differentiators.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to build confidence in achieving their business objectives.

Expertise and Engagement:

  • Serve as a business and industry expert for transformational projects aligned to a single solution.
  • Engage with supply chain executives and teams to understand company-specific objectives.
  • Map customer challenges to end-to-end solution capabilities and design actionable solution recommendations.

Solution Design and Effort Estimation:

  • Estimate effort for task-level implementation activities within project scope.
  • Recommend appropriate roles and resources for execution.
  • Articulate and present the business impact of solutions, developing deployment roadmaps and establishing baselines to demonstrate qualitative and quantitative value.

Technical Understanding and Implementation:

  • Understand Pando platform capabilities, including integrations and architecture, for technical design.
  • Orchestrate the end-to-end SaaS delivery process from project kick-off to go-live.
  • Serve as the liaison to ensure smooth project execution and rapid adoption.

Change Management and Leadership:

  • Identify and drive change management efforts for global or regional program implementations.
  • Lead the entire delivery process, collaborating with SI/consulting partners.
  • Address client escalations promptly with support from the broader team.

Customer Relationship and Growth:

  • Build deep relationships with customers to drive product adoption and value realization.
  • Inspire customer growth and advocacy by collaborating with Account Management and Customer Success teams.
  • Maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIO, CFO, Head of Supply Chain, and CEO.

Collaboration and Feedback:

  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions between engagement stages.
  • Provide feedback to Product Management for solution enhancements and development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS delivery, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or transportation domains.
  • Experience managing end-to-end SaaS implementations and cross-functional project teams.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and enterprise technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage customer relationships at the executive level.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into actionable solutions.
