As a delivery person, your role involves picking up and delivering orders to customer locations efficiently and safely. You must ensure that the items are delivered in proper condition and maintain clear communication with customers. Providing delivery updates to the store and offering polite customer service are crucial responsibilities. During low delivery times, you may assist with packing or front-desk work.
