Job Description

We are looking for reliable and responsible Delivery Boys with their own bike to join our team. The role involves delivering grocery/orders safely, on time, and with excellent customer service within 4 km radius from the store. 1.Key Responsibilities Pick up and deliver orders/packages to customers as per assigned routes. Ensure safe handling of items during transit. Maintain delivery timelines and meet daily delivery targets. Verify recipient information and collect payment (if Cash on Delivery). Maintain records of deliveries and payments. Follow traffic rules and ensure the safety of goods and self. Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback to the supervisor. Keep the bike well-maintained and roadworthy. 2.Requirements Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid RC. Valid Driving License and updated insurance. Minimum 10th pass (preferred). Good knowledge of local routes and areas. Ability to use smartphone apps for navigation and order updates. Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
