Delivery Architect

As a Delivery Architect based in Gurgaon with 10-14 years of experience, your responsibilities will include hands-on system software analysis, development, testing, and maintenance. You should possess a strong familiarity with IT and system development concepts, inclusive of Web, SOA, application development methodologies/tools (both Waterfall/Agile), programming languages, information management, transaction management, user interface design/styles, international operations, and configuration management methodologies/tools. Your role will require working technical knowledge of J2EE Application Servers, Database and Data Integration technologies, and Enterprise Messaging. Experience in projects implementing multiple application and data integration patterns using technologies like SOA, Informatica, Oracle Golden Gate, WMB will be essential. You should also have experience in a test-driven development approach using JMock and JUnit or similar libraries and practical knowledge of XML usage with Java. An ideal candidate will have experience in a major financial institution or similar environment, along with knowledge of UNIX, Maven, continuous integration/continuous delivery practices, and delivering projects using Agile methodologies. Understanding retail investment, wealth & portfolio administration, transfer agency, etc., and basic knowledge of technology, third-party products, and their usage within fund supermarkets and wraps will be beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills are crucial, with the ability to influence other IT leaders, manage conflicts constructively, and communicate effectively. You should be able to develop and maintain relationships with business and systems stakeholders, demonstrate a flexible and positive attitude towards change, and showcase self-motivation and commitment to high-quality solutions. The ability to quickly learn and adapt to complex business and systems environments is also expected. In terms of required skills and experience, the ideal candidate should come from an IT/Computers-Software background and have a role as a Technical Architect. Key skills sought after include Java, J2EE, JMS, XSD, XSLT, XML, OOAD, Oracle Golden Gate, WMB, Informatica, Interfaces, Integration, EAI, Oracle, Architect, 2EE Application Servers, Database and Data Integration technologies, and Enterprise Messaging.
