Our dedicated dispatchers continuously monitor load boards to ensure you have loads ready ahead of time. Our primary focus is understanding and fulfilling our drivers' preferences for routes and destinations.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Delivery Agent located in Cuttack. The Delivery Agent will be responsible for delivering packages to specified locations on time, ensuring the safety and security of items during transit, and maintaining accurate delivery records. The role also involves communicating effectively with dispatchers and customers, performing routine vehicle maintenance checks, and complying with all traffic regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Experience in package delivery or a similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting and moving packages
Attention to detail and accuracy in recording delivery information
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
