Default Servicing - Associate Level JD/Team Lead
Conduct detailed servicing reviews using test scripts provided by Client Business Controls.
Access Client systems and perform loan level testing to determine compliance with Client policies and procedures; and provide detail on exceptions found with supporting comments and documentation (where available).
Provide daily status reporting.
Servicing Reviews will include, but not be limited to, the following areas:
(1) Cash Management and Investor Services
(2) Customer Care
(3) Default Servicing
(4) Escrow
(5) Loan Boarding and Loan Transfers
(6) Correspondence
(7) Loss Mit
Good knowledge and understanding of the above processes
Excellent Quality Testing and Reporting skills
