Job Description

Job Purpose

To prepare and draft accurate, legally compliant customer agreements based on vetted customer information, project details, and company policies. This role ensures that all agreements are correctly drafted, formatted, verified, and ready for execution without legal or operational discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting Customer Agreements

  • Prepare customer agreements based on:
  • Vetted customer KYC
  • Booking forms
  • Payment schedules
  • Property details (plot no., survey no., extent)
  • Approved pricing and taxes
  • Ensure agreements reflect the correct commercial terms and legal clauses.

Property & Customer Detail Verification Before Drafting

  • Verify all customer details such as:
  • Names (as per ID proof)
  • Joint buyer details
  • Contact information
  • Validate property-specific details including:
  • Plot boundaries
  • Layout approval details
  • Survey numbers
  • Project name and location
  • Check against CRM records for accuracy.

Incorporating Legal Clauses & Company Policies

  • Ensure all necessary legal clauses are included.
  • Update agreement templates as per Legal department revisions.
  • Maintain consistency with RERA norms and state regulations.

Coordination With CRM, Sales & Legal

  • Coordinate with CRM and Sales to clarify missing or unclear details before drafting.
  • Consult with Legal for special cases or clause modifications.
  • Ensure corrections are incorporated promptly.

Document Formatting & Quality Check

  • Format agreements professionally with proper alignment, annexures, and pagination.
  • Conduct a thorough QA check to ensure:
  • No spelling errors
  • No missing clauses
  • No mismatched data
  • Proper page numbering
  • Prepare final agreement ready for customer signature.

Maintaining Agreement Templates

  • Maintain updated templates for:
  • Agreement to Sell
  • Sale Agreements
  • Addendums
  • Joint buyer formats
  • Archive old and new versions systematically.

Document Filing & Record Management

  • Maintain digital and physical copies of all drafted agreements.
  • Maintain version control and approval records for each document.

Reporting

  • Prepare daily drafting status reports for the Deeds Head.
  • Track volume, TAT, and pending items in the drafting queue.
