As a Decision Management Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing analytical support for customers across Small Business, Super Affluent, Affluent, Emerging Affluent, and Mass Market segments, including non-Resident Indians. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing analytical support for a range of deposit, transactional, investment, and insurance products to understand profitability drivers, pricing constructs, and product bundling benefits. - Identifying revenue drivers and growth opportunities for the business across various products and segments and developing analytical solutions to positively impact the business P&L. - Contributing to building a Customer Level One-Citi strategy in the Bank and streamlining ongoing marketing campaigns and reports. - Owning the P&L commitment from your actions and ensuring optimal program execution by engaging with business partners and tracking actual results against projections. - Managing a pipeline of analytical requests from business partners, guiding a team of analysts, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality. - Mentoring and leading a team of analysts, motivating team members, conducting performance assessments, and creating development plans. - Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve processes and work product quality while ensuring data access and distribution compliance with organizational guidelines. - Collaborating effectively with peers within and outside the Decision Management team on assignments spanning multiple functional units and communicating progress and escalating issues to senior management. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Strong track record of delivering analytical solutions in the BFSI space. - Excellent analytical thinking skills with the ability to conceptualize frameworks to address business problems. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Ability to work effectively as a team player, coordinating with technical and business teams. - Solid technical background with a deep understanding of databases, data manipulation tools (SQL/SAS), and statistical techniques.
