As a part of ZS, your role in Insights & Analytics will involve partnering with clients to design and deliver solutions to address various business challenges. You will work on multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Your recommendations and solutions will be rooted in thorough research and analysis, supported by deep expertise and innovative thinking. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and apply advanced statistical models to aid clients in understanding dynamic business issues. - Utilize analytic techniques to guide decision-making for both clients and the ZS team. - Design custom analyses using tools like R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel to investigate and address client needs. - Communicate results effectively to clients and internal teams through oral and written presentations. - Cultivate client relationships and act as a primary point of contact for project aspects. - Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal teams. - Generate project deliverables and implement effective solutions. - Enhance problem-solving skills and contribute to improving ZS's capabilities. - Offer guidance and mentorship to Associates within the teams. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in the Pharma Industry, particularly with real-world data sources like patient claims data, EMR, and consumer data. - Proficiency in analyzing large datasets with skills in SQL-R and programming. - Familiarity with statistical design and analysis of observational studies using large epidemiological datasets. - 3-6 years of work experience with domain expertise in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Med Tech preferred. - MBA with bachelor's (and often graduate) degrees in engineering, business, psychology, or physical/life sciences, with a strong academic background in analytics and quantitative work. - Proficiency in Agile project planning and project management. - Excellent communication skills.
