Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Decision Analytics Associate Consultant with 6-11 years of experience to join our team in India.

Roles and Responsibility

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement decision analytics solutions.
Analyze complex business problems and develop data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.
Design and implement predictive models to drive business growth and improvement.
Develop and maintain databases and data systems to support business intelligence initiatives.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of KPO operations and management principles.
Experience with decision analytics tools and technologies, including RWD.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
