As a Senior Associate in Debt Syndication at CapitalSquare, you will be responsible for raising debt from Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions for various corporates across industries. Your role will involve working on debt raising transactions, gathering financial information, preparing financial models and reports, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting in the legal documentation process. Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work on debt raising transactions for Corporate Finance Clients in multiple sectors - Gather and synthesize financial and operating information about companies and industries - Prepare Financial Models, Information Memorandum, Project Reports, and related documents - Create Presentations and Pitch Books - Coordinate and Liaise with bank/NBFCs/FIs - Maintain and Develop relationships with stakeholders - Assist in legal documentation, due diligence, and closing process through constant client and provider communication **Qualifications Required:** - CA or equivalent, MBA with an engineering background can also apply In addition to the qualifications, you should possess: - Strong analytical and numerical skills - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities - Results-driven mindset with the ability to perform under pressure - Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas clearly - Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and desk research - High proficiency in English - Commitment to excellence and maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
