Debt Manager - Recoveries - BIL, Personal Loan & MBL

Function/Department:

Job Purpose

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Manager to join our Retail Banking team. As a Debt Manager, you will be responsible for managing and recovering debts for our BIL, Personal Loan, and MBL portfolios in the Ahmedabad region.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to recover delinquent debts for BIL, Personal Loan, and MBL portfolios
Monitor and track delinquent accounts and take necessary actions to recover debts
Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers to resolve outstanding debts
Work closely with internal teams such as Credit, Collections, and Legal to ensure timely and effective debt recovery
Conduct field visits to meet with customers and assess their financial situation
Maintain accurate records of all debt recovery activities and update the system accordingly
Provide regular reports on debt recovery performance to senior management

Education Qualification

Graduation:- Any Graduate

Experience:

2-5 Years of collections experience required.
