Job Requirements Job Title/Role: Debt Manager-Flows-Rural Assets Function/Department: Collections Job Purpose We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Debt Manager to join our team at IDFC FIRST Bank. As a Debt Manager-Flows-Rural Assets, you will be responsible for managing the debt portfolio of our rural banking customers in Gujarat. You will work closely with the rural banking team to ensure timely and effective debt management for our customers. Roles & Responsibilities Develop and implement debt management strategies for rural banking customers in GujaratMonitor and analyse the debt portfolio to identify potential risks and opportunitiesWork closely with the rural banking team to understand customer needs and provide customized debt solutionsConduct regular field visits to meet with customers and assess their financial situationNegotiate with customers to restructure debt and develop repayment plansEnsure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and proceduresMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of debt management activitiesProvide regular reports and updates to senior management on the status of the debt portfolio Education Qualification Graduation - Any Graduate Experience: 2-5 Years of experience in collections
