Job Description

The role of Collection Manager-Central Settlements in the Retail Assets department of Call Center Collections - Central Settlements involves managing the overall settlements process. This includes ensuring that cases are settled within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and achieving a settlement rate of above 95%. The Manager is responsible for negotiating on 100% of cases and working towards increasing the value of the initial settlement offer. In addition, the Collection Manager-Central Settlements is tasked with driving collections on the agreed settlement value. This role also involves monitoring key performance indicators such as customer contactability, adherence to login procedures, and managing schedules effectively. Key success metrics for this role include Settlement Percentage, Percentage Increase in Negotiated Value, Collection Percentage, Schedule Adherence, and meeting prescribed login hours. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the Central Settlements process.,
