Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Debt Management Services, located in Vidisha. The Debt Management Services professional will be responsible for managing client accounts, communicating with customers regarding their debts, and developing repayment plans. Daily tasks will include analyzing financial data, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role will require frequent collaboration with other members of the finance team to optimize debt recovery strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Analytical Skills and proficiency in Finance
• Basic knowledge of IT Service Management
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage
