Global Credit Solutions India helps its customers/partners in collecting overdue amounts through various channels such as Dunning Letters, Calls, Emails and Field Visits. The collection process follows pre-defined stringent SOPs. All collections are carried out to ensure a very Professional, Prompt and Precise process that provides early collections and reduced costs.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage recovery portfolio with respect to collections
• Contact customers to negotiate payment plans & resolve outstanding balances.
• Review accounts for discrepancies & follow up with necessary actions.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities & communications.
• Prepare reports on collection performance & provide insights for improvement.

• Strong communication skill – English & Hindi
• Proficient skills in email writing
• Quick learner & Go getter
• Ability to work independently
• Detail oriented with a focus on accuracy in record keeping.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
