Debt Collection Officer

Role Overview: As a US Collections Debt Collection Agent, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound/inbound debt collection calls and provide customer service to clients. You will be involved in negotiation with customers to collect on past due bills and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
