You are a highly experienced individual with over 20 years of experience in the field, seeking a position as Dean-Pharmacy at Noida location. As the Dean, you will play a crucial role in the academic leadership of the college, ensuring alignment with the university's mission and goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the college's strategic plan, overseeing academic programs, and ensuring accreditation standards are met. Your administrative leadership skills will be put to the test as you manage the college's budget, resources, and personnel. You will also oversee faculty recruitment, development, and evaluation, while fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the college. Promoting research and scholarship within the college, securing funding and grants, and encouraging interdisciplinary collaboration will be key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will be required to develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare organizations, industry partners, and community groups to enhance community engagement and service. Your focus on student success will involve ensuring academic support services, career development, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate for this role will hold an earned doctoral degree in pharmacy or a related field, with experience in academic leadership and a strong record of research, scholarship, and funding. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and familiarity with accreditation standards and processes. Preferred qualifications include experience in curriculum development and assessment, knowledge of current trends and issues in pharmacy education, and experience with budget management and financial planning.
