Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dean of Law at LCIT Group of Institutions, located in Bilaspur. The Dean of Law will be responsible for overseeing academic programs, ensuring quality education, developing curricula, managing faculty, and fostering a positive learning environment. The role involves strategic planning, coordination with other departments, and enhancing the legal education offered by the institution. Additionally, the Dean will engage in student counseling, community outreach, and maintaining academic standards.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in law with Ph.D. degree

• Experience in academic administration and curriculum development
• Proven leadership and managerial skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive academic environment
• Ability to work on-site in Bilaspur
• Experience in research and publication in the field of law
• Knowledge of current trends and developments in legal education
