Job Description – Dean, Medical College Position Title: Dean – Medical College Location: [sangareddy] Institution: [MNR Medical college] Reporting To: Vice Chancellor / Chairman Employment Type: Full-time Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage all academic, research, and administrative functions of the medical college. Ensure compliance with NMC (formerly MCI) regulations and medical education standards. Oversee curriculum development, examination processes, and academic scheduling. Guide faculty recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. Supervise student admissions, mentorship, and academic progress. Coordinate with regulatory bodies like NMC, UGC, and NAAC for inspections and accreditations. Foster research, faculty development, and continuous quality improvement. Act as a visionary academic leader to shape the future of the institution.
