Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop academic programs, including curriculum design, course development, and assessment methods.
Teach undergraduate and graduate-level courses in relevant subjects (BBA, MBA).
Conduct research activities to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Supervise Ph.D. scholars and mentor junior faculty members.
Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences, and other academic events.

Desired Candidate Profile

15-20 years of experience as an Associate Professor or equivalent role.
Ph.D/Doctorate degree from a recognized university with specialization in any field.
Strong background knowledge of academics administration principles and practices.
Excellent teaching skills with ability to develop engaging lesson plans.
