As a Customer and Market Insights professional, you will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of customer and influencer preferences in the assigned market. This involves analyzing the offerings of competitors in comparison to our own products. Your role will also focus on ensuring the market penetration and coverage of Walplast Tile Adhesive/ Construction Chemical Products by implementing aggressive strategies to increase market reach and penetration. In addition, you will play a key role in providing support to dealers and managing inventory effectively. This includes persuading channel partners to invest in and maintain optimal inventory levels of Walplast Tile Adhesive / Construction Chemical and related products. You will achieve this by creating awareness and generating demand through influencers and client activation activities. Furthermore, your responsibilities will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling prices. Staying up-to-date with supply and demand dynamics, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities is essential to succeed in this role. Regular market research will also be conducted to gather market intelligence, assess selling opportunities, and understand customer needs within the context of the geographical landscape. In terms of technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of retail sales experience specifically in Tile Adhesive or a range of Tile adhesives in the Patna region. This experience will be crucial in effectively executing the responsibilities outlined in this role.,

You will be a Product Support Engineer responsible for providing effective after-sales service support for the company's electronics products across India. Your main responsibilities will include addressing customer complaints, providing installation support, troubleshooting and repairing alternators, DC motors, controllers, and related components, as well as building a strong network of service partners and dealers. Additionally, you will be required to train dealers, OEM customers, and internal teams, maintain service records, and collaborate with sales and product teams for product improvement based on customer feedback. To excel in this role, you should have experience in the electronics domain, be proficient in handling both electrical and electronics-based service tasks, and have knowledge of power electronic components and control systems. You will also need to have good communication skills to interface with customers and service partners effectively. This position is full-time, and you will be expected to travel across India for on-site support, audits, or installations as required.
