Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager / Dealer Development Manager who will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding our dealer network and building long-term business relationships in the field of precision metrology equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential dealers and onboard them across targeted regions.
• Build and nurture relationships with dealers to increase product reach and revenue.
• Promote Tespa’s metrology products like CMMs, VMMs, Height Gauges, etc., and generate leads through dealers.
• Drive regional sales targets by supporting dealers with training, demos, and technical insights.
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate dealer performance and gather market intelligence.
• Organize promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and technical seminars with dealers.
• Analyze competition and suggest strategies to improve dealer performance and product penetration.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Educational Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / B.Tech Mechanical

• 3–5 years of experience in business development / channel sales / dealer management, preferably in metrology / engineering tools / industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge or exposure to measuring instruments and precision engineering products is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A self-starter with a strategic mindset and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively for business development activities.
