Good knowledge on Business objects , Solution manager , SAC agent and other Non standard solutions Having SYBASE knowledge is an advantage. Well versed in SAP BASIS complex incident handling. Detail knowledge of all instance types. Knowledge and Experience with SAP Tools like PQA, DED, SPC etc is definitely an added advantage. Knowledge of SAP Rise. Good communication skills.
