Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

We’re Hiring: Due Diligence Underwriter

📍 Location: Chennai | 🌙 Flexible to work in Night Shift |

💼 Experience: 1 - 9 years


What we’re looking for:

✅Pre underwriter, Underwriter, Pre purchase review, Post Closing

✅ Loan Application Review, Credit and Financial Analysis

✅ Property Valuation Review, Compliance and Risk Assessment

✅ Experience in mortgage processing/underwriting

✅ Strong analytical & communication skills

✅ Knowledge of mortgage regulations (certification a plus)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Computer Applications or related field

  • 4+ years DD Underwriting

     (min. 2 years in US Mortgage domain)
