Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pan Asian Cuisine DCDP / CDP to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Dim Sum, Sushi, Wok dishes, and other Pan Asian specialties, along with a proven track record of delivering exceptional quality and maintaining consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Pan Asian dishes, including Dim Sum, Sushi, and Wok-based specialties.
• Maintain kitchen standards in terms of hygiene, safety, and quality control.
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and team to create innovative and authentic Pan Asian dishes.
• Monitor portion control and minimize wastage.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation at all times.
• Assist in training junior kitchen staff and maintaining high team performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DCDP or CDP specializing in Pan Asian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of Dim Sum, Sushi, and Wok preparation techniques.
• Good career stability with reputable hospitality brands.
• Excellent understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for culinary excellence.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be available to attend the trial on the decided date
• Immediate joiner with no notice period preferred.
