Location: Mumbai, Delhi / NCR, Bengaluru , Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune, Remote / Pan India
Experience: 3+ yearsiSource Services is hiring for one of their client for the position of DC Technical ConsultantAbout the role:We are looking for a skilled and multilingual DC Technical Consultant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise-level customer-facing roles, excellent problem-solving abilities, and deep knowledge of identity and virtualization technologies.Job Responsibilities:Provide technical consultancy and support to enterprise customers in English and German.Troubleshoot complex issues related to identity standards, remote software distribution, and virtualization technologies.Collaborate with international clients to ensure seamless deployment and support of solutions.Assist in Windows application packaging, deployment, and software distribution.Support virtualization environments including Citrix, Hyper-V, VMware Horizon, and Windows Virtual Desktop.Required Qualifications:3+ years in a customer-facing enterprise support or technical consultant role.Proficiency in English and German (mandatory)Experience supporting enterprise customers across international regions.Strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML with major IdPs (AAD, ADFS, GoogleID, OKTA, PING).Experience with Microsoft Azure and related certifications.Exposure to SCCM, Apple Remote Desktop (ARD), or similar remote distribution tools.Experience in Windows application packaging and deployment.Familiarity with virtualization platforms such as Citrix, Hyper-V, VMware Horizon, and App-V.Basic knowledge of Python is a plus.
