Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Assist in the
deployment, configuration, and support
of CyberArk components (CorePAS, PVWA, PSM, CPM, EPM, Conjur).
Onboard and manage
privileged accounts
across Windows, Linux, databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and network devices.
Perform
routine operations
including credential vaulting, password rotations, access troubleshooting, and system monitoring.
Support the implementation of
JIT (Just-In-Time) access
, least privilege, and
Zero Trust
practices.
Work with teams across IT and Security to integrate PAM with directories (AD, LDAP), SIEMs, and service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
Participate in
incident response
,
audit preparation
, and compliance reporting for privileged access.
Assist with
system upgrades
, patching, backup planning, and testing in dev/test/prod environments.
Maintain and update
documentation
, SOPs, onboarding guides, and knowledge base articles.
Stay current on
PAM best practices
, vulnerabilities, and CyberArk feature updates.
