DB - Support Lead SME

As an experienced developer in database tools development, your key responsibilities will include: - Architecting, designing, and developing robust tools for database management, monitoring, and analysis. - Conducting and overseeing code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and identification of potential issues or improvements. - Optimizing tools for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring they meet the demands. - Ensuring seamless integration of tools with existing systems, development environments, workflows, and CI/CD pipelines. - Creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and API references for the developed tools and interfaces. - Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in database tools development, incorporating new approaches to enhance tool capabilities. - Identifying opportunities to improve development processes, tools, and methodologies, driving efficiency and effectiveness in development. - Leading and mentoring a team of developers, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support. - Developing and executing the development strategy, aligning it with overall product development objectives and organizational goals. Qualifications required for this role are: - Strong background and deep expertise in C and C++ programming languages. - Experience in designing and optimizing database architectures, tools, and interfaces for performance, scalability, and reliability. - Proven experience in leading a team of developers and conducting code reviews. - Ability to create and maintain detailed technical documentation.
