Job Description

Integration Development:
Design, develop, and implement complex integration solutions using
IBM ACE Toolkit
, including message flows, transformation logic, and
ESQL
coding.
Security Implementation:
Configure and manage security features on
IBM DataPower Gateways
, including
SSL/TLS
,
OAuth
,
WS-Security
, and
AAA (Authentication, Authorization, Auditing)
policies.
API Management:
Design, implement, and secure
RESTful
and
SOAP
web services using
IBM API Connect
and
DataPower
.
Data Transformation:
Develop and maintain
XSLT
,
XML Schemas (XSD)
, and
WSDLs
for data transformation and validation across various integration protocols.
Protocol Bridging:
Configure
DataPower Multi-Protocol Gateways (MPGW)
and
Web Service Proxies (WSP)
to enable communication across heterogeneous systems.
Cloud & Containerization:
Assist in migrating legacy applications (e.g.,
IBM Integration Bus IIB
) to containerized platforms such as
Cloud Pak for Integration
and
OpenShift
.
Troubleshooting & Support:
Provide
L2/L3 production support
for integration environments, including performance tuning, issue resolution, and monitoring.
DevOps & CI/CD:
Integrate ACE and DataPower deployments into automated CI/CD pipelines using
Bitbucket
and
Bamboo
.
Collaboration & Documentation:
Partner with architects, business analysts, and QA teams to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and maintain documentation and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Expertise:
- Proven hands-on experience with
  IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE)
  (formerly IIB).
- Strong working knowledge of
  IBM DataPower Gateway
  .
Technical Skills:
- ACE:
  Message Flows, ESQL, Java, DFDL message modeling.
- DataPower:
  MPGW, WSP, XML Firewall, XSLT, XML, JSON.
- Integration Technologies:
  IBM MQ, REST, SOAP.
- Security:
  SSL/TLS, OAuth 2.0, SAML, WS-Security, JWT.
- Development Tools:
  Git, Bitbucket, Postman, SOAP UI, Bamboo.
- Scripting (Good to Have):
  Shell, JavaScript (GatewayScript), Python.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in complex integration environments.
Domain Experience:
- Experience in
  Telecommunications
  domain preferred.
