Datacenter Operations Specialist

As a member of the 24/7 team, your primary responsibility will be to monitor Batch Jobs on the production platform and address incidents related to alerts on Batch Jobs, servers, applications, etc. You will collaborate with US counterparts and external vendors to ensure seamless operations. Your role will involve isolating and escalating job alerts, working with L1 and L2 teams, collaborating with application/systems analysts, and ensuring adherence to data center policies and corporate IT standards. Additionally, you will diagnose and respond to customer support service requests, perform advanced research to resolve incidents, review service compliance, and provide day-to-day support for Datacenter operations. Key Responsibilities: - Isolate and escalate job alerts to support teams - Collaborate with application/systems analysts on production issues - Ensure adherence to data center policies and corporate IT standards - Diagnose and respond to customer support service requests - Perform research to resolve incidents - Review service compliance to standards - Provide day-to-day support for Datacenter operations Preferred Skills and Experience: - Experience in Incident management tools like Service Now - Strong written and communication skills for Incident Reports - Minimum of 2 years experience in Operations, Application support, or Monitoring - Ability to complete tasks within stringent SLAs - Experience in the financial industry is a plus - Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and weekend shifts - Experience in Batch monitoring tools is a must Qualifications Required: - Associate Degree in IT or Computer Science - ITIL Certification - Minimum of 3 years of experience,
