The Database MIS Specialist / Data Analyst position at cKinetics in Okhla, New Delhi is a vital role that requires a self-starter with a problem-solving personality. cKinetics is a specialized Sustainability Consulting firm that offers end-to-end solutions for investors and businesses with global clientele. As the Database MIS Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders to meet project technology requirements. Your role will involve designing, developing, testing, and maintaining the technology platform, software, and database, as well as providing end user documentation and training. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing databases by collecting, storing, transforming, and presenting data from multiple sources using various Business Intelligence (BI) tools. - Presenting data insights through trend analysis, comparisons, and other methods, utilizing both structured and non-structured data. - Designing and maintaining dashboard templates, excel-based tools, and models. - Working with large datasets using diverse tools and technologies to analyze data quality, develop trends, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Managing data/database life cycles, data governance, and access. - Developing and implementing Project Management Information Systems based on project requirements. - Providing support to the internal team for data analysis needs across different functions. - Assisting in IT systems budgeting, software and hardware procurement, data security policy, and functions. - Resolving systems-related queries and offering IT support to team members as needed. To qualify for this role, you should have a B Tech/ Mtech/ MBA (IT) degree, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in reporting/MIS for organizations, managing IT systems and communications. Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Macros, SQL, VBA, SharePoint, and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Zoho is highly preferred.
