Job Description: As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving technical support tickets with 100% SLA adherence, ensuring the day-to-day functionality of the application in production. Your role will involve facilitating effective and proactive communications with both internal and external customers, testing product-level functionality and new releases, and identifying areas for improvement. You will serve as the technical expert for client software implementations and act as the primary contact for our clients" IT department. Troubleshooting database and software problems for client implementations, configuring system settings and options, and executing unit/integration/acceptance testing will also be part of your responsibilities. Your strong knowledge and experience in SQL will be essential for successfully leading testing of interfaces and reconciling data for clients" systems. Collaboration with Help Desk personnel to resolve client application issues will also be a key aspect of your role.
