Database Architect

As a Database Architect at BarodaSun Technologies Limited (BSTL) in Mumbai, you will be responsible for managing mission-critical database systems to ensure performance, availability, and security. We are seeking a professional with in-depth experience in enterprise database administration and architecture. To be eligible for this contractual position, you must have a B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics & Communications, MCA, or M.Tech / M.Sc. in relevant disciplines with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized institution approved by the Govt. of India or regulatory bodies. Preferred certifications that are valid as of 31.03.2025 include Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), SQL / PL-SQL, and Database Administrator certifications. In terms of work experience, you should have a minimum of 6 years of post-qualification experience in the IT industry. Strong experience in database performance tuning, security, and optimization is preferred. Additionally, expertise in enterprise database administration (Oracle / Microsoft SQL Server), Oracle 19c / Oracle RAC / Golden Gate configuration, monitoring tools like Dynatrace and AppDynamics, designing scalable and secure RDBMS architecture, database engineering, installation, and configuration, as well as working in compliance with information security policies is highly valued. Remuneration for this role will be based on your qualifications, experience, overall suitability, last drawn salary, and market conditions.
