Job Description

As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining large-scale databases to ensure optimal performance and data integrity. Your key responsibilities will include: - Contributing to the design and implementation of scalable and secure database solutions - Collaborating with IT and development teams to support efficient database architectures - Managing operational health of production and non-production databases - Performing routine maintenance tasks such as backups, indexing, and patching - Ensuring database security through access control, encryption, and secure configurations - Analyzing database workloads to address performance bottlenecks - Coordinating database updates, patches, and schema changes with minimal impact - Implementing and managing monitoring tools to track performance and resource utilization - Maintaining accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions - Collaborating with business teams to understand data requirements and support solution development Qualifications required for this role include: - B. / B. Tech in any specialization or MCA - DBA certification or related certifications preferable - 7 or more years of experience in IT systems development and implementation - Fluency in English and Hindi (Speaking, reading & writing), Assamese preferred Please note the above responsibilities and qualifications are essential for excelling in this Database Administrator role.,
