Job Description

Work Mode: 5 days from Office

Location: Bangalore

Shift: Rotational (Early Morning/Afternoon/Night)

Cab facility will be provided for off-hours and night shifts

Experience:

5+ years in database administration; 3+ years in AWS database services.
Hands-on experience with AWS RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, DocumentDB, and ElastiCache.

Technical Skills:

Strong scripting skills (Python preferred; Bash/PowerShell acceptable).
Familiarity with Kubernetes (EKS) and containerised deployments.
Knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, NewRelic, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana).
Expertise in backup/recovery, disaster recovery planning, and high availability.

Certifications:

AWS Database Specialty or Solutions Architect certification preferred.

Communication:

Excellent collaboration skills for cross-time-zone team.
