About the Role

As a Data Validation & Automation Analyst, you will ensure the quality of data generated by our AI agents. You’ll manually validate, refine, and improve our AI outputs while helping design processes to reduce human validation and move towards full automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and enhance AI-generated data from public and proprietary sources.
• Identify gaps or inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with product and automation teams to reduce manual validation.
• Build frameworks and feedback loops that improve our AI’s data accuracy.
• Maintain validation logs and insights for process improvement.

Who You Are

• BBA or MBA graduate (Finance, Business Analytics, or related domains).
• 0–2 years of experience in data, research, or operations.
• Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Curious about AI, automation, and financial data systems.
• Proficient with Google Sheets / Excel and comfortable with data review.

Compensation

• 3-Month Internship: ₹15,000/month stipend.
• Post Internship: ₹3–6 LPA + ESOPs (based on performance & contribution).
