Data Quality Analyst (Fresher)

About the Role

detail-oriented Data Quality Analyst

You’ll play a key part in maintaining clean, consistent, and trustworthy data that drives business operations and decision-making. You will also build algorithms and systems that would minimize the manual validations.

What You’ll Do

• Review and validate data records generated by backend systems
• Research external and internal sources to verify data accuracy
• Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, and anomalies in datasets
• Document findings and flag issues with upstream data or processing logic
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to improve data quality workflows
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate datasets by following consistent validation protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally a fresher / 0–3 years of experience in data quality, QA, research, or operations roles

• Exceptional attention to detail

  and a systematic approach to problem-solving
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL and Python
• Comfortable performing structured manual research to verify data points
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Clear written communication for documenting issues and processes
