Education
- Graduates with 6 months to 1 year of work experience, with French language experience.
Responsibilities
- This role captures and summarizes Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) information to update our proprietary database for online subscribers.
- Maintain and add real-time news into our M&A historical database via our internal software.
- Download, research, prioritize, and process all news articles relating to your assigned geographical market.
- Improve existing processes and procedures to enhance the speed and accuracy of our product.
- Expand existing data by offering research on regional regulations and new sources of data.
- Build and update regional documentation, such as internal procedures and definitions, to ensure standardization across research teams.
- Maintain productivity and quality standards by following efficient research processes and participating in peer-to-peer checking procedures.
