As a member of the Industry Solutions team at Microsoft, you will be at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with customers to drive value throughout their digital transformation journey. You will work alongside a diverse team of strategic sellers, industry experts, engineers, architects, and consultants to bring Microsoft's mission of empowerment and cutting-edge technology to life for our most influential customers. Embrace a growth mindset, inspire excellence, and share your unique viewpoints to contribute to our collective success. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Pre-Sales Support** - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide technical guidance, translate business requirements, and shape deals. - Contribute to Solution Review Meetings and develop proposals or statements of work. - Engage customers and internal teams to influence deal closures and actively participate in Technical Quality Assurance processes. - **Technical Delivery** - Lead meetings with customers/partners to identify business needs, create a vision, and map requirements to Microsoft technology solutions. - Participate in project planning, assess risks, and manage schedules to deliver work breakdown structures. - Provide oversight and leadership on work streams to implement solutions and manage escalations effectively. - **Intellectual Property Management** - Identify new intellectual property opportunities, update content, review IP for curation, and contribute to improving Industry Solutions offerings. - **Business Development** - Drive opportunities to expand cloud and Microsoft technology adoption, collaborate with peers, and drive innovation and digital transformation. - **Readiness** - Learn new technologies, obtain relevant certifications, participate in technical communities, conduct training sessions, and mentor team members. - **Operational Excellence** - Complete operational tasks with timeliness and accuracy, follow Microsoft policies, and guide team members on operational tasks and compliance. **Qualifications:** **Required/Minimum Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, consulting, or technology domain. OR - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, consulting, or technology domain. OR - Equivalent experience. **Additional Or Preferred Qualifications:** - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, consulting, or technology domain. OR - Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of experience in technology solutions, architecture, consulting, or technology domain. OR - Equivalent experience. - 6+ years technical sales experience. - 6+ years project management experience. - Technical or Professional Certification in Domain.
