Data & Security Analyst

Role Overview: You are a dynamic Data & Security Analyst joining the shared capability center in Hyderabad, responsible for safeguarding sensitive HR data, generating actionable insights through advanced reporting, and ensuring compliance with data retention policies. Your role includes collaborating with stakeholders globally to contribute to a secure and data-driven HR ecosystem within the Global People Technology delivery model. Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain custom Workday reports and dashboards, including complex calculated fields - Troubleshoot and optimize existing reports for accuracy and performance - Administer Workday security roles, domains, and business process policies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security configurations with evolving business needs - Lead data purge and archival initiatives following legal and organizational standards - Define and document data lifecycle strategies and retention schedules - Conduct audits and investigations with a sharp analytical mindset - Apply deep knowledge of HR systems, processes, and reporting environments to support business objectives - Proactively identify and resolve issues across projects with minimal supervision Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Security Administration, Data Purging, Data Migration, and Reporting (preferably within Workday or PeopleSoft) - Strong understanding of Workday's data architecture, security frameworks, and business process configuration - Track record of implementing scalable data purge and archiving strategies - Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and strong organization skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in collaborative team environments - Ability to maintain confidentiality and multitask effectively Additional Details: Flutter Entertainment is committed to creating a brighter future for customers, colleagues, and communities.
