Role

As a Data Scientist at Xane, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into actionable insights, driving decision-making, and improving our AI models. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to collect, clean, and analyze large datasets, develop predictive models, and help optimize our AI solutions for niche markets. Key Requirements

• Functional knowledge of data analysis and machine learning (preferably within AI, tech, or SaaS industries).
• Proficiency in Python (with libraries like pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and data modeling techniques.
• Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and building end-to-end data pipelines.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in working with enterprise AI applications or SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for data storage and processing.
• Knowledge of niche industries such as automobile and manufacturing is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and startup culture.
