Job Description

Job Title: Data Scientist DL and NLP experienced

Department: NPCI Data Analytics

Data Scientist with knowledge of NLP and Voice technologies

Required Degree:

Experience: 3+ years

Responsibilities:

Hands-on on Voice models for Indian Languages
Design NLP applications
Effective usage of annotated dataset(Balanced / Unbalanced) for Supervised Learning methods
Creation of Text Classification models
Creation of NER models
Pre-processing and post-processing of text data
Use effective text representations to transform natural language into useful features
Find and implement the right algorithms and tools for NLP tasks
Perform statistical analysis of results and refine models and also extend ML libraries and frameworks to apply in NLP tasks

Requirements and skills:

Proven expertise on NLP and Voice technologies(ASR / TTS)
Understanding of Deep Learning and NLP
Projects on text classification and NER models
Knowledge on Transformers
Understanding of NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction techniques, data structures and modeling
Hands-on experience in Python
Ability to write robust and testable code in Python
Experience with machine learning and Deep learning frameworks (like Tensorflow or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn)
