Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand AI and analytics requirements.

Develop, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI/ML solutions to solve business challenges.

Apply advanced machine learning techniques, including
supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and neural networks
.

Utilize
Natural Language Processing (NLP), machine translation, and language detection
to improve customer experience and risk assessment.

Design and implement complex classification and predictive models.

Perform linguistic analysis, including
syntax recognition, semantics, and pragmatics
.

Lead AI strategy and define machine learning metrics and deliverables.

Work with technical teams to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructures.

Stay up to date with industry advancements in AI and data science.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of IT experience
, with at least
5-6 AI/ML implementations
. Expertise in
Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Java, Web/DB development, and Big Data technologies
. Strong knowledge of
event processing, design patterns, and AI system architectures
. Experience building AI models for
classification, prediction, and language processing
. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to mentor junior team members and lead AI initiatives.
