Job Description: As a Data Scientist, you will play a critical role in building and refining AI-driven solutions. You’ll develop machine learning algorithms, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable insights to our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of design, development and deployment of advanced algorithms and machine learning models to solve business-critical analytical challenges. Develop, refine, and optimize Machine Learning (ML) algorithms from large datasets. Represent data-driven outcomes in an intuitive and meaningful manner for stakeholders. Write robust, efficient programs integrating offline or online ML models with other modules. Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable AI-powered solutions. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization in existing workflows and develop solutions accordingly. Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior data scientists and analysts. Proactively contribute to product roadmap by identifying opportunities for AI and data science innovation. Stay updated with the latest developments in data science and machine learning technologies. Skills Required Education: B.Tech / MS / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Experience: 4-6 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics. Proficient in Python, with strong skills in libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn. Solid understanding of Machine Learning techniques, algorithms, and best practices. Strong knowledge of SQL, data structures, and efficient query optimization. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio. A grasp of generative AI concepts and their practical applications is desirable. Prior experience in advertising technology or programmatic media buying is highly advantageous.
